With this activity your students will be able to create their own minecraft pop-up scene to get their creative juices flowing, then write about it! I have also included a pair of story maps to help your students with their stories.

For early-finishers in class or bored kids at home!

Inside you'll see 10 "snack size" stories, which are simple one-page stories. The purpose is mainly entertainment for kids who finish activities early or are bored. But you can extract lots of teaching moments: reading, colors, informational text or parts of a story, sentence structure, etc.

I'd recommend printing, laminating OR possibly even folding each story like a book. Maybe every child has one copy of each and they can read through them.
