By analyzing each task card and choosing the correct summary, you can keep them engaged and improve their comprehension and critical thinking skills with these two simple activities. There are 18 cards to reinforce, drill, and review summary.
Summarizing is not an easy skill. Using Engaging Activities is the first step toward mastery. This is the perfect activity for students who are learning or reviewing how to summarize. Students will be engaged and confident using the task cards independently during small groups or stations.
