My students and families love these writing prompts! This resource was designed to get students thinking about how science lessons are applied to every day activities. Science is everywhere! This activity will get children thinking about things that they do throughout the year as the seasons change, and how these things relate to science. For example: They will think of something they do in the summer. Draw a picture of it, or find a picture or photo of it. Then they will write about how it relates to science! The connections my students make are amazing!

This fun Pet Rock writing activity is perfect for kids! Student's will create or bring a pet rock. They will then fill out a certificate of adoption for their pet rock and finally fill out a page telling all about their pet rock!
