4th Grade Algebra Centers

Factors, Multiples, and Patterns Anchor Charts and Posters for 4th Grade Math

By Curious Classroom Adventures

Imagine having your 4th grade factors, multiples, and patterns anchor charts done for you! How about a one-stop download for all your 4th grade factors, multiples, and patterns posters? This set of 4th grade factors, multiples, and patterns anchor charts work great as math posters to hang on the wall or as factors, multiples, and patterns reference sheets to glue into notebooks for quick and easy reference.

Ideas for using factors, multiples, and patterns anchor charts in your classroom:

❤️ Set your printer to 11x17, print, and hang as anchor charts for whole group instruction

❤️ Print as 8x10 and leave at your math centers as factors, multiples, and patterns reference sheets

❤️ Print 2 per page and have students glue them into their notebooks as quick factors, multiples, and patterns reference sheets

❤️ Print as 8x10 as math posters for a 4th grade factors, multiples, and patterns concept wall

❤️ Use them as math posters for 4th grade factors, multiples, and patterns bulletin board

❤️ Print and bind them into a book for reading about factors, multiples, and patterns

Bright colors and step-by-step instructions allow these factors, multiples, and patterns posters for 4th grade to serve dual purpose as math reference sheets for teaching factors, multiples, and patterns concepts. If you are worried about using too much ink, just switch your printer setting to black ink only.

The anchor charts are also perfect for printing as factors, multiples, and patterns posters to hang on the walls for face-to-face learning and math stations. Either way you will find your students referring to them time and time again as they gain confidence in their factors, multiples, and patterns skills.

Multiplication Fact Booklets

By The Chatty Kinder

Click on Preview to get a FREE copy of 2 Facts Multiplication Booklet!

These multiplication fact booklets can be used to help students understand the concept of multiplication through repeated addition using equal groups as well as help them memorize multiplication facts. Check out the blog post here for more information on the booklets.

The previous set of multiplication booklets was winter themed, while this new set is not holiday/season themed making it suitable for use anytime during the year.

I have made use of cute clipart such as ducks, aliens, gumballs, cookies and donuts to make learning the multiplication facts fun.

There are 12 total booklets (1 facts-12 facts) that are each seven pages long and are cut into half to make a booklet that's 14 pages in total. Each booklet also contains a facts page for the multiplication fact so the student can refer to it if necessary. Check out the blog post about these booklets here.

On each page students will fill in the blanks for the following details:

  • number of equal groups
  • number of counting items for the groups shown (e.g. number of donuts in each box, number of fish in the bowl, etc)
  • write the repeated addition equation for the groups shown (not present in the 1's fact booklet) and add up the total. There is one blank for each group, so the 12 booklet has 12 blanks to fill.
  • number of groups of counting items (e.g. 3 groups of 4, or 5 groups of 6 and so on)
  • Finally, they will write the multiplication statement. This will help them to connect the repeated addition equation to the multiplication fact that they have written down and the answers can be compared to check whether they are the same.

The booklets can be used as morning work, bell work, extra activities for early finishers, or even homework. The booklets come in one version, for front only copies.

Teaching students these multiplication foundations, is a tremendous help to students as they work on math fluency and automaticity.

Check out the preview to see a full copy of the 2 facts booklet included to make sure it is what you need. This is the complete set of the 2 facts booklet, so feel free to use this, to sample out whether this product will work for you.
