When students are reading each story, they will review the importance of establishing boundaries that they can use throughout their day to day routine. Worry Coping Strategies and Anxiety Reduction Activities for Elementary Students

Students need to be taught ways to deal with anxiety and worry, coping strategies for anxiety, and what to do with their worries. This engaging "Worry Monsters" activity helps students learn how to manage their worry and anxiety in a productive way. Students will learn how to let go of their worries and manage their anxiety with this cut-and-glue Worry Monsters activity.
Give students the ability to clear their minds and work through their worries with this Worry Monster activity. Students will learn coping strategies for anxiety and ways to deal with their anxiety/worry with this cute craftivity.

- Six Monster Body Activity Sheet Templates
- Three Types of Cut and Glue Monster Body Parts
The six monster body templates include various types of questions and activities that can be used with various students based on ability levels. Choose the monster body template that is best suited for your student's ability levels.
The monster bodies include various drawing and writing activities that are designed to help students explain and let go of their worries. All the while, it challenges students to think of strategies they can use to cope with the worries they cannot change. These worry monsters have allowed my students to calm the worry monsters within themselves.
