Thanksgiving Laboratory

I do this lab near Thanksgiving break as an introduction to body systems and human anatomy. The kiddos feel like real biologists as they watch you dissect a turkey wing and then THEY dissect their own chicken wing! In this lab, we build lab skills, work cooperative in groups and enjoy the hard work.
