Steps to Washing Hands, Print or Digital Interactive , Cut & Paste, Hygiene

Teach students the steps to washing hands in this digital interactive activity with moveable pieces or you can use this by printing it out as a cut-and-paste activity in the classroom. This product also has a mini poster to hang up the steps to wash hands.
I teach and model for my students to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. They need to clean both the back and front of their hands. I also model how to dry my hands with a paper towel and use that same towel to turn the water off. This way they keep their hands nice and clean before throwing away the paper towel.

Students can answer these questions as the book is read or after they have finished reading the book or listening to the book. While reading this book and answering these questions, students learn about healthy and unhealthy food choices, why eating healthier food is important for the body, the body systems - nervous, skeletal, muscular, circulatory, and digestive systems are reviewed, and nutrition is also presented in the book and this product. Students can answer these short answer questions, yes/no questions, and multiple choice questions as the book is read to them, as they read the book independently or they can use the text for lookbacks once the book is finished. Students will have the opportunity to complete short answer questions, fill in the blank, and label the parts of the eye without and without a key in this product.

This product includes 1 social story that focus on feeling confused. The short story includes comprehension questions throughout. Some of the questions require students to put their feet in the shoes of the character who was experiencing confusion. When students are reading each story, they will review feeling confused, what happens when they feel that way, and what happens to someone when they are confused. They can also use strategies learned in this social story throughout their day to day routine. The vocabulary word confusion is reviewed and discussed, the questions: how do you feel when you are confused is asked and how can you make yourself feel better if you feel confused. Examples of feeling confused are reviewed in this product.
