Fun invasive species inquire lesson. Students create a wanted poster for invasive species either locally or globally. This lesson includes two different ways to give this assignment:

• Blank copy of the wanted poster that you can print and have student fill out
• Copy that is editable for students to complete on devices

TN State Standards:

• 6.LS2.5 Analyze existing evidence about the effect of a specific invasive species on native populations in Tennessee and design a solution to mitigate its impact.
• 6.LS2.1 Evaluate and communicate the impact of environmental variables on population size.

NGSS Life Science:

• MS-LS2-4 Construct an argument supported by empirical evidence that changes to physical or biological components of an ecosystem affect populations.
