Fractions, Decimals & Percentages Clip Cards
By LittleStreams
These clip cards are a great way to test students’ knowledge of recognising fractions decimals and percentages using a physical multiple choice system. The given possible answers have been carefully chosen to allow teachers to spot any misconceptions students may have about fractions and their equivalence to decimals and percentages. The idea of this activity is that students clip a clothespin/peg or a paperclip to what they think is the correct answer. This activity works equally well when the cards are laminated. Students simply circle the correct answer using a dry erase marker. Alternatively, you can print these on paper, hand out to your class at the end of the lesson, so they can put their names on and circle the correct answer, serving as a great exit ticket/plenary to the lesson. These cards are in colour, but print equally well in grey scale for cost savings. To make them self marking, simply place a dot on the underside of the card pertaining to the correct answer.

Simplifying Fractions Doodle Theme| Task Cards Printable & Digital
By Matemaths
Are you looking for ways to help your students master Simplest Form? This set of thirty task cards is an excellent way to practice simplifying fractions while engaging your students. There are six task cards on a page for easy printing.
An answer key is included for your convenience.
Includes proper and improper fractions, no mixed numbers.
This product includes:
Ideas for using task cards in the classroom:
SCOOT:
Put a question card on each desk.
Give each student an answer sheet and a pencil.
Have each student answer the question card on their desk and record their answer on their answer sheet. Make sure to remind them to answer the correct number.
Give students x (I gave my students 1 minute, but it’s up to you) minutes to answer each question. Then say “SCOOT”.
When you say “scoot”, students will quickly stand up, leave their card at their desk and move to the next desk with the next number. They will then start working immediately on the next question.
When all students are finished, check the answers as a group.
EXIT SLIP:
Have a student choose a card and let him solve the equation before leaving class.
Copy onto colored card stock. Laminate them and use them year after year.
Due to the Terms of Use of the font/clip artists and stock photo websites that I have purchased from, this product is not editable. Thank you for understanding.
