Back to school can be an exciting time for children, and for others, a time of intense anxiety and discomfort. Whether it’s changing schools, worrying about “fitting in”, or dreading school work, some kids have a hard time adjusting to a new school year.

To overcome back-to-school blues, we invite children to try this curated yoga sequence consisting of 5 poses, 1 breathing exercise, and supporting mantras to either be spoken aloud or to yourself. Respiratory System Overview

The respiratory system is vital for gas exchange, allowing oxygen in and carbon dioxide out. Key components include:

What is a lapbook?

This Human Body System Lapbook features activities that can be completed while learning their body systems and body organs units in class. It’s a great project that, once accomplished, would showcase the learners’ understanding and appreciation of the lesson. The worksheets are designed to be interesting, engaging and fun for the students to work on.

Teachers tell me they can't integrate yoga and mindfulness for two reasons: They don't know how and they don't have time. I hear that 100%.
