11th Grade End of Year Assessment

Self-reflection is so important for students of all ages and what better time to reflect on learning than at the end of the school year? With that in mind, I created this end of year reflection assignment that prompts students to consider all of the meaningful experiences they had all year in my class. My students really get into this assignment and I'm sure yours will too! I've included in this product a model of my assignment and a fully editable template for you - it will only take a few minutes to tweak it and make it your own. Your students will thank you for offering this differentiated assessment! This Precalculus and Calculus Derivative Project includes 48 questions to Solve the Mystery of the Missing Math Manuscripts! Students will complete 4 Clue Sheets that cover the power, product, quotient and chain rules ! After they solve all 4 sheets they will discover that one person, time and location was not used. They will decode the letters with a corresponding number and discover the code to get the objects back!

This code is a great way to quickly check students work & an answer key is included!

This Algebra 2 Digital Escape Room Project is completely SELF CHECKING and includes 40 questions to Escape from Mathematical Mansion! Students will complete 4 multiple choice questions in each of the 10 rooms covering major algebra 2 topics including Polynomial Operations, Polynomial Equations, Quadratics, Complex Numbers, Systems of Equations, Radicals, Factoring, Rational Equations and Probability & Statistics! After they solve the questions they will take their letter answer choice in order and write it in the google form.

Before they can move to the next room they must get the code correct! If it is wrong a message will display that says "SORRY! TRY AGAIN!" They. must figure out where the error is to move forward.

Their FINAL CHALLENGE will be to create their own multiple choice question per topic, which a template is provided for.

This Algebra 2 Review Project BOOK TWO includes 64 questions to Solve the Mystery of the Missing.... WE HAVE TO FIND OUT! Students will complete 8 Clue Sheets covering major algebra 2 topics including quadratic formula, two way tables, trigonometry, exponent rules, trig graphs, norrmal distribution and inverse functions! After they solve the questions they will discover one answer was not used. Whatever is next to that answer is the answer to that part of the mystery.

After they discover who took what with what to who (and more) they will fill in the blanks of a story and create their own book cover! This review activity has been created with Algebra 2 level questions but will keep your students engaged and excited.
