Rainbow breathing techniques for any student working on their breath work. Resource comes in colored and black/white versions. For colored version: Simply print out, laminate, and use with your students. Can be used for quiet centers, desks, or individual use. Great for students with anxiety. Could be used before/after tests, morning meditations, or morning work. If using the black/white versions, have your students color in the shapes then practice the breathing techniques.
