Summer Writing Prompts Distance Learning | 1st and 2nd Grade FREE

This summer writing challenge for 1st and 2nd grade now includes a digital distance learning option in Google Slides™. Please refer to the final 7 pages of the product for the link and instructions.
These varied summer writing prompts for 1st and 2nd are both challenging and engaging!
This FREE SAMPLE from my 30-Day Writing Challenge for 1st and 2nd graders contains 3 days of writing material for your students in a printable version as well as a Google Slides™ version.
In the full product, there are 30 different writing activities (2 sheets per activity, created to be copied back-to-back and bound into a book, if you choose). For a total of 60 writing pages, you will see the following activities:
- 2 opinion essays
- 1 explanatory essay
- 1 informative essay
- 2 descriptive writing activities
- 2 narrative writing activities
- 1 "how-to" essay
- 5 journal prompts
- 5 story starters

As of 6/9/20, this product includes a digital option (as well as the no prep printable option). The instructions for utilizing the digital portion appear at the end of the packet.
Technology Requirements:
- A Google Drive account
- If sharing with students, a Drive account that is linked to student Google accounts
- Can be shared/delivered on Google Classroom
- Only need access to Google Drive--no outside links to worry about!
These file can be used with iPads, chrome books, laptops, and desktops as long as your students have access to Google Drive or Classroom on a device. The digital portion of this product is on Google Slides.
