Writing a Free Verse Poem can be a fun and interesting project for your students. Students will learn that this play focuses more on imagery instead of rhyming. Students will learn what imagery is and how it utilized the senses. This packet includes information to share with your students about what an free verse poem is, the steps taken to write a free verse poem, and why we write one.
