16 Interview Questions Social Skills Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets
This resource includes 16 Interview Question Scenario Task Cards and Worksheets that focus on students practicing personalizing responses to 16 commonly asked interview questions (applicable for any job they apply for). Students focus on their choice of words when highlighting their skills and experiences and learn what is appropriate to say and what is not appropriate to say on an interview. What's great about these questions is that they require students to reflect about their interpersonal skills, approaches to answering difficult questions "on the spot", and overall character, behavior, and demeanor.
The Task Cards and Worksheets contain the same Interview Questions.
These Task Cards and Worksheets provide great opportunities for students of all levels and abilities to practice and build career readiness skills, confidence, effective communication, and a sense of professionalism.
This resource is included in PDF and GOOGLE SLIDES versions. Text boxes have already been added to make it easier for you and your students!
The Task Cards can be used in guided small groups, whole-class discussions, partner discussion before sharing out with the larger group or class, or even one-on-one with a teacher, guidance counselor, or parent/guardian! Students can even create role plays or perform "mock" interviews and receive feedback from teachers and students regarding their performances as well as their responses to questions.
You can print the Task Cards out on gloss paper or regular paper and laminate. You may also organize it in a binder ring.
