ACCESS Learning

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I worked with many different grade levels throughout my journey as a teacher. I student taught in 4th grade. After student teaching, I worked at a school for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Then I started my teaching career in High School Exceptional Education (special needs) in Florida. This school year will be the start of my 15th year of teaching. I work with students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other Intellectual Disabilities. I love what I do and would love to share some of the lessons and units I have created for my students.
