By Literacytales

A resource to help you link a Google Form to an Excel sheet. You can do this automatically by connecting your Google Forms to Google Sheets. For example, whenever a student submits a form, the data will automatically appear in your spreadsheet.

Free Suggestion Box Template

By Early Childhood Essentials

If you have students who could benefit from some anonymous expression, this could be a useful freebie.

Simply download, print, cut, and leave the template forms available to put into a box you provide, maybe a shoebox or bin, using the label I've provided.

You might let them know they can give feedback on: students disrupting an activity regularly that you may not realize, an activity idea, or a concern/question they have about what you taught.

If you like this freebie, do me a favor and if you share this with someone, send them the *link* to download as they have access to links and other resources for my content. Please don't simply make hard copies as they won't easily be able to click and follow. Thank you in advance!
