*NO PREP* Printable Activity: Parts of Speech Practice with PICTURES

You'll find 10 pages of the same activity. This is more suitable for students who have a foundation of parts of speech, not as a starting point, unless it's to informally assess.

Children will look at the provided image on each page, label it by the noun it is, describe it with at least 2 adjectives (there's enough space for 3), and think of a verb that could correspond to the noun. As the teacher or parent, you'll facilitate and guide as you need to. You know your kids.

Some images may get different responses, even for the noun section (e.g. baby versus person, or penguin versus cartoon). There isn't just one correct answer for some. Just make sure you print these in color and maybe practice one as a class/family as an example.
