Piano Assignment Sheet Version 1
By ZS Music Publishing
For use in your piano studio, here is an early version of the Piano Assignment Sheet that I used in student's lessons. On the sheet, there is space for vocabulary, a scale and a scale visual for students (small keyboard and fingerings). On the "playlist", you may put up to 5 items for students to work on between lessons. The N/M/R: New Piece, Memorized, Review. One of these would be circled so you and the student know the urgency in practice. The Plus, Minus, and Check are a small rating system for you to assess student preparation (on the next lesson). The practice log is for a student to show how much they practice, and on what day between their lessons. Should you want to make changes to the sheet, please e-mail me at zsmusiceducation@gmail.com, and I will customize the sheet for you, for $1!
