Día de los Muertos Spanish Vocab Digital Puzzle Fall Activity & Sub Plan

Día de los muertos is a holiday that fascinates our students! Use this Drag and Drop vocab puzzle to work WITH them instead of against them! Print or display the vocabulary list of terms related to the celebration of Day of the Dead. Then, let each student drag and drop the puzzle pieces to form a 4 x 3 puzzle that matches the Spanish words with their English translations. It’s not as easy as it looks!! But your students will be focused and learning new vocabulary the whole time!

This fun powerpoint is a great way to introduce or review Weather and Seasons vocabulary with your elementary or secondary class. There are 27 terms represented on 27 slides (plus a title page, student vocabulary list, teacher vocabulary list, teacher tips page, and credits page). Each slide is animated so that the picture is first, followed by the picture and Spanish term, and then the Spanish term, the picture, and the English translation.
