Squiggle Scribble Doodle Journal. 58 Pages. This is a Journal that one of my friends uses in her classroom, it is a Scribble Journal. Students take the doodle (or scribble) and draw something that uses the scribble in it, it can be part of it or even something in the background. Everyone sees something different, and imagination is the key here. After they have created their drawing, students should write a brief description of what is going on in the scene above. This is a 58 page journal with 58 different scribbles or doodles on each page for your students to design and write about. 3 hole punch these and put them in a binder or a folder for best use! Lesson Overview

These projects have students using real-world math skills to learn to perform the calculations that are done in various careers within the seventeen career clusters. They will use math skills to learn how to compute measurements, quantities, profit, etc. to solve problems commonly found in that career field.

These lessons were created for 7th and 8th grade but could also be used successfully in upper elementary grades. Fully editable files are included for all lessons.
