These are saved as Power Point files so you have the choice of your own fonts to use. I have drawn in the text boxes so they should be ready to go. Note i saved this as both a pptx and ppt file, but I don't have any way to test it for the older version of ppt file, so you might need to adjust the text boxes if they move around a little. I know how crazy supply drop off/meet the teacher/open house can be for a teacher. Parents and students are coming and going, they want to talk to you, or they want to know what to do with their stuff, or where to find things. A few years ago I created stations to guide my parents and students around my room to drop off their supplies. I also used this for parents at Open House night to again guide them before my presentation. You can use these posters and labels for multiple purposes. In my preview, I shared my example of how I use them for supply drop off to give you some ideas.

I tried to provide a variety of rewards that cater to different motivators. Some focus on giving students more of things they love (an item, activity, attention), and some take away less favorable things (homework, an activity or item, and for some, attention).

I recommend keeping a log (you can use what I provided at the end) to make sure each student gets at least one reward weekly. Some rewards benefit the whole class, but with choice or focus for the one rewarded, so hopefully it motivates the whole class, even when they don't all win something one day. I also recommend a token system (if a student gets say 3 tokens, then they "win" or earn one of these rewards).

Print, cut, and laminate for longer use.

Get the whole behavior management bundle, including this resource!

Use discretion for things that give students access to items or activities they don't normally have access to, and choose which you use. Some students may hate reading, so don't give them the ones that involve sharing books aloud, as an example. You know your students.

These back to school or first day of school welcome letters to students and parents are perfect for any elementary teacher who wants to start the year on a positive note! These welcome back to school letters come in printable and digital forms for whatever you prefer.

• The letter to parents comes with a neutral gender, a boy, or a girl version (the pronouns are changed throughout the letter). This letter has three color background options and the corresponding backgrounds in black and white.

• The letter to students comes with three color background options and the corresponding backgrounds and clip art in black and white. Note: This letter does not require a neutral/boy/girl option since the teacher uses the pronouns "you" and "I" throughout the letter.

• The new letters that have been added for 2020 can be found at the BEGINNING of the product file. You will find them on the first eight pages following the instructions for editing the text boxes in the greeting and signature fields.

All versions of each letter have editable text boxes in the Greeting Field and the Signature Field. You can edit these two places on each letter if you choose.
