This product is a collection of 25 Reader's Theater that are offered in my store. This product is perfect for any teacher looking for Reader's Theaters to meet the different level of readers in a kindergarten, first grade, second grade, or even third grade classroom!

All of the Reader's Theaters are aligned to a picture book that allows students to practice their fluency and expression! The Reader's Theaters also are offered in multiple versions to allow you to mix and match your students easier.

Using these lesson extensions for the books "'Slowly, Slowly, Slowly,' said the Sloth", "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", and "Does the Kangaroo Have a Mother, Too?" teach fast vs. slow, triplets, and rhythm vs. steady beat. Use the extension lesson for "Rooster's Off to See the World", "Dream Snow" and "The Very Lonely Firefly", to introduce and review the so-mi-la and mi-re-do solfege combination. Use lessons for "From Head to Toe" and "Little Cloud" to move and explore shapes in your classroom. Use "The Very Quiet Cricket" to teach steady beat and whisper voice. Finally, use the book "Pancakes, Pancakes" to teach sixteenth note rhythms. Have the children move and play along, and then reinforce their knowledge with additional worksheets. Adaptable for grades PreK-3rd grade. Worksheets can be printed or used digitally.

Where is the Object? These seasonal sight word game is great for students who are practicing sight word recognition and beginning reading skills. This game can be used in a pocket chart or on a table top for an early education classroom.

Products Included:

• Winter: Where's the Penguin?

• Summer: Where's the Sun?
• Fall: Where's the Acorn?

What is Included:

• Sight word cards for all 220 sight words.
• Penguin cards for hiding

The cards are available in two formats, 6 to a page and 4 to a page to accommodate different sized pocket charts.

Ways to Use:

• small group game
• whole class game
• circle time game
• student led literacy center
• one on one instruction to target specific sight words for struggling students

How to Play:

Where's the ________? is a game for centers or whole group instruction where an object is hidden behind a sight word card. A poem is chanted where the student(s) must say the sight word they think the object is behind. Once guessed, the sight word is removed. If the object is behind the sight word card, then the object must be hidden again to play further. If the object is not behind the sight word card, then the poem is chanted again with a new sight word.

With read and reveal cards, students can practice reading, decoding and sounding out words and then check their reading by opening the card and revealing the picture inside! Each set of cards focuses on a different phonics skill.

Each cards in these sets have lines and dots for students to move their finger along as they sound out each word. After sounding out the word, students open the card to see if they read the word correctly!

Note that some cards do repeat if they fall in more than one set, though all the cards in the CVC and the CVCe sets are unique to those sets.

All words in each set are one syllable words with 2-6 individual phonemes.
