Spanish Interactive Slides for Regular Pretertite and Ir Travel Theme

By Specialty Spanish

Need a fun and engaging way to review the preterite tense?  Try these Google Slides digital flashcards that self-check and let students know right away if their answer is correct or not! Practice regular ar, er and ir verbs plus the verb Ir in a context related to travel!  All sentences focus on high frequency vocabulary related to travel, airports and airplanes.  Students will  select the right answer from 4 choices. They require NO PREP for teachers which is an amazing feature!

Students will read a sentence with a missing verb.  The sentences provide contextualized use of grammar, and support comprehension by using a familiar theme (travel) and high frequency verbs. Students select an answer.  When they’re correct, it will take them to the next question.  If they’re wrong, it will take them back to the question to try again.

Students love interactive slides because they are like gaming and give immediate feedback!  You can use them with the entire class or assign them so that each student can play!  Another reason I love interactive slides is because you can use these to review something very quickly.  Maybe you’ve been working on the Imperfect for a while.  One day for a warm-up, you can assign these 15 preterite cards for a quick review!

Use Interactive Slides
