This 24-page Worry Journal can easily be used for the classroom or individuals at home, of many ages.
This version is designed to be cut out & glued into your 7.5” x 9.5” Comp Book! (See my full-size 8.5" x 11" workbook... link at the bottom.)
The border art is designed to relax, and offer an area to color each day. Try coloring the flowers to match your mood for the day. (Refer to your Mood Chart for colors.)
1. Mood Coloring Chart : 10 colors with coordinating moods, and clipart objects to color.
