Plot Diagram Manipulatives (Linear and Nonlinear) - Build It! Series
By HuddleTeach
Striving readers need manipulatives to work through concepts. These Plot Diagram cards and definitions for literary text make that happen! Each card comes in nine colors:
All the terms you need to match your curriculum:
With bars and arrows for building a plot line with nonlinear elements!
Two sizes are also included: letter size pages (with two, three, and four pieces to a page) and tabloid (11" X 17") sheets for interactive lessons. Use on the floor, magnetic board, tables, and more!
We have used these for YEARS to reinforce learning. We incorporate sticky it notes to chart stories and to create new ones. Ours are printed in all colors, and students choose their favorite to create their plot diagram. Our students enjoy the larger format, too, rather than small pieces that have to be cut / glued.
