Celebrate Dia De Los Muertos with our captivating and inspirational Day Of The Dead Collaborative Poster Bulletin Board Activity! This project offers a unique chance for students of all ages to learn about Mexican traditions, culture, and the Day of the Dead.

This versatile activity is ideal for a variety of purposes, such as bulletin board displays, coloring pages, art projects, classroom decor, and more. The sugar skull poster project includes black and white templates to create a big wall mural.

How does it work?

The collaborative art poster project fosters teamwork, creativity, and a deepened understanding of our culture. Each student will contribute a unique piece to the puzzle, ultimately coming together to form a grand-scale poster.

Step 1: Color the Pieces

Grab your favorite coloring materials - markers, crayons, paints, or colored pencils.

Step 2: Cut Out the Square

Once you're satisfied with your colorful creations, carefully cut out the square along the edges. Take your time to make clean and precise cuts.

Step 3: Assemble the Collaborative Poster

Arrange them together like a puzzle to form our collective masterpiece. (Template and instructions are provided )

Together, we'll create something truly amazing!

How do you keep track of your student's birthdays? I print and laminate these cards, use a wet-erase marker or a chalk marker, and write the date of the student's birthday and the student's name. I then post them on a wall in my classroom. The students love looking at the month and seeing whose birthday is coming up. When the year is over - just wipe them with a wet paper towel or baby wipe and they are ready to go for next year!
