My students always need a variety of ways to practice their multiplication facts. These sheets were designed to give students the opportunity to skip count horizontally and vertically as well as practice basic facts. This includes three sheets. The first sheet is 2, 5, and 10. Do your students struggle with factoring? Students need to practice pre-factoring skills of using the Diamond Method. This is a set of notes and practice worksheets for you to print and go. My students struggle when we start factoring with a=1 or a>1 to find the numbers that would fit the requirements. This guides students in this process. This Exponents and Roots task (with complete Key) gives students practice to become fluent using their calculator. The task concisely reviews the steps contained in the Exponents and Roots Tutorial. These math puzzles are great for students to practice multiplication, division, and finding patterns! This can act as a test review, an extra credit, or a finisher from when students finish their work early!

"The Answers Are..." is a great Non-Curricular Thinking Task your secondary math students can all access, no matter their skill level. Each task card gives a number bank with 10 integers and 5 target answers your students must create. Using each number in the bank only one time each, students work in random teams of three to create all 5 expressions by adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. It's more challenging than you might think!
