Kick off Kindness Week with these kindness-themed writing task cards that will keep your 3rd through 6th graders thinking and writing about small acts of kindness all week long. These writing activity task cards are a great way to sneak in an extra dose of character education and social-emotional learning to your classroom and can be easily used in centers, work stations, or as differentiated independent writing tasks.
This resource includes 40 different Kindness task cards (both in color and in black & white) and 2 Kindness Week worksheets that can be copied double-sided and folded into a table tent to keep your kids thinking about kindness throughout the week. This resource also includes blank task cards and comes in both color and black & white versions to make printing easier.

This counselor resource is a great card game to help introduce and reinforce learning about coping and calming strategies. These are a great way to start or finish a group counseling session!
Add this resource to your counseling resource toolbox today!
HOW TO PLAY
1.Simply pass out the cards to all the players individually.
2.Encourage everyone to sit in a circle.
3.Pick one player to go first.
4.They are to read one of their cards. For example, “I have Breathing. Who has Exercise?”
5.The next person who has the Exercise card reads their card and so forth.
6.Play continues until all of the cards are read.
7.If you want to make this more challenging, you can time the game and see if you can break your own record!
Simply cut, laminate and keep these cards for a long time! There are a total of 20 cards.
