It might say 5 pages, but a lot of it is for you as the facilitator of this activity.

ALSO, SUPER IMPORTANT: A teacher friend who taught 2nd grade for about a decade and is now in a 4th grade class used this, and the kids struggled with the term "cope" and "personality trait" so children ABOVE 4th grade would be ideal, and younger students will need modified questions and a TON of guidance.
