Students will learn about how they can stay safe at home, in school, in the community, and using the internet/playing video games. Students will discuss what they do to stay safe in the places that were discussed, emergency phone numbers are discussed and the importance of being familiar with who would be contacted in case of an emergency or if they didn't have a phone, an emergency contact card is included in this product that students can fill out with their parents/guardians and can put on their refrigerator if needed. Students will be provided with 4 safety situations regarding safety at home, school, the community, and playing video games/using the internet.
One social story that focuses on being safe is included in this product. The social story includes comprehension questions throughout. Some of the questions require students to put their feet in the shoes of the characters. This product shares with students the benefits of using safety, why rules are implemented, making decisions that are best for yourself, using caution, and communicating effectively.

This Human Body System Lapbook features activities that can be completed while learning their body systems and body organs units in class. It’s a great project that, once accomplished, would showcase the learners’ understanding and appreciation of the lesson. The worksheets are designed to be interesting, engaging and fun for the students to work on.
Containing two files for both male and female, this project has visual representations of nine main body system that are easy to digest and recognize. It also contains worksheets where learners are required to identify the correct body system, define them, and write their functions. As a bonus activity, task cards of major organs are presented with picture recognition activity for them to cut and paste on the correct cards. The learners are also required to name the correct body system where each organ can be found and specify their primary functions.
