5th Grade Reading Strategies Interactive Whiteboard

This collection of slides is intended for big kids who need extra support. The language is intended for grades 5 through 8. They're not babyish, and the texts used are at the level of your pre-teen and teen crowds!

This 35-page document provides you with posters (which you can display digitally as anchor charts, or have them printed), mentor texts to model the strategy or do a shared reading with your students, and independent task prompts.
