Students will race the teacher (or other leader) to Label numbers as prime or composite. Participants will write a "P" for prime or a "C" for composite. Multiplication Golf: Students will play with a partner or alone. Each game board is played with different dice. Some are played with two 6 sided dice and others use 10 or 12 sided dice. They roll the dice to reach their goal (or par.) Each time they roll the dice they make a tally mark. Once they reached their goal they can move onto the next hole. When playing with a partner, they try and get the lowest tally marks.

Division Golf: This is also a fun game, but practices division. Students will roll dice and use addition and subtraction based on their game board to find the factor to reach the goal. Each game board is different.

To use these tangrams, first print out either the color or black shapes (6, 4, or 1 per page) A cardstock would be great as they will be getting lots of handling. Laminating would be even better. Have the full eggs cut apart into the individual pieces. Give a set of pieces to your students and some of the tangram cards. The color ones are easier as students can match shapes and colors. The cards with black designs are harder as the students can only see the final shape. The arrow on the card points to the top when determining how the card will lay. This is a simple and professionally constructed game of dominoes. It couldn't be simpler, link up a chain of dominoes by joining equivalent fractions. The game includes both fractions of shapes, and fractions of amounts.

What stands this game out from many of the other games of dominoes available is the variety of images that we have produced for the dominoes. Every image, every domino and every printable page is constructed meticulously for ease of use, and absolute clarity. Cut lines to the edges make slicing with a rotary cutter a piece of cake.

The pack even includes a monochrome set of dominoes for clearer printing in black and white.

• they start with the START tile - students need to match the number word with the correct numeral, they continue until they get to the FINISH tile
• more difficult version for fast finishers - they need to work out the mathematical problem and match the result with the correct numeral

♦ TRIMINO

• students need to match the number words with the correct numerals
• the resultant shape is that of a hexagon
• you can turn it into a competition - the fastest student gets a reward
