It's that time of year again! (I know, I know). My school does student-led interviews; and for those of you who follow a similar format, this student-led interview package contains everything your students need to get ready for their interviews and let you breathe easy.

This packet includes a one-page quick calendar reference and a two-page calendar version. This packet is perfect for teachers, OT's, SLP's, and PT's to keep track of student birthdays, IEP's, Plan of Care Tracker, Meetings and a general calendar. Pages 15-28 are an editable PDF.

This calendar is simple to use, simply write the students' name under the month and next to the day that corresponds to their birthday, IEP Meeting, POC or meeting time. I recommend printing out the calendar pages and placing them inside a sheet protector for quick referencing.
