This Reflect and Regulate Think Time Flipbook is a quick way to get students thinking about their behavior and what they can do to better control their emotions. This flipbook is designed to help students think about their outbursts and meltdowns in away that allows them to reflect on their actions and regulate their emotions. The no-cut design makes this resource perfect for busy educators who need a quick resource to help students work through their big emotions and process outbursts.
Assembly is a breeze. Print all pages on colorful paper (double-sided printing FLIP ON SHORT EDGE). Line the pages up in the correct order, fold over, staple and you have your very own flipbook!!!
This Reflect and Regulate Think Time Flipbook helps students to think about their choices and meltdown-like behaviors. This flipbook is an interactive way to get students to think about what causes them to have meltdowns, how they feel about their meltdowns, reflect on the effect of their actions, explore ways to regain their calm, calming strategies, and their plan for the future.

Activity #1, the printable book, includes moveable parts and interactive activities that help students learn about controlling anger. This activity outlines ways to deal with anxiety and provides coping strategies for worry and anxiety. This is the perfect resource for elementary students struggling with anxiety or managing excessive worry.
Students explore what worry means, their type of worry, how worry makes them feel, ways to take control of their worry, ways to manage worry, and what strategies to control their worry may work best for them.
