This is a biography writing unit about the life of Indian Independence leader and revolutionist, Mahatma Gandhi. The unit has been split into four separate lessons which will take students approximately 40-50 minutes each.

This resource is a third grade and fourth grade informational text writing unit about the Ancient Egypt. The unit focuses on key facts about the civilization from the first settlements on the River Nile until the end of the civilization when it fell under Roman rule after the reign of Cleopatra.

The unit has been split into three separate lessons which will take students approximately 40-50 minutes each. The Google Slides activity is ideal for distance learning and perfect for students in third grade or fourth grade learning about Ancient History and World History.

The first lesson is interactive and involves students reading facts, and then sorting and ordering these facts into paragraphs. In the second lesson the children need to use these facts to type four paragraphs and write an introduction. In the final lesson students need to check their draft paragraphs before typing up their work on to the template provided.
