Behavior Chart: Weekdays and Whole Week versions

WHAT'S NEW (Sept 2024):
- Options for one check per day instead of three. The original has 3 check boxes per day on both 5-day and 7-day versions. Now, you have the option for just one checkbox for each version. Note that the version with one check box has only a white background.
- Link to Canva template to make your own! To make this your own, grab the link (in purchase) to this as a template and have at it! You may decide to make a single day version or change the colors, or type out recurring rewards that are personal to your family or classroom.
- Formatting. I changed “week of” to the side and added a “month of.” I resized the charts for more standard printing. I added white background options also. Updated my contact page since it was outdated, and the main thumbnail also.
For encouraging desired behavior, reducing undesired behavior, or general encouragement to help around the home/class more, these charts can easily motivate and monitor progress.

Reward Cards (32 cards, with optional reward log)

I tried to provide a variety of rewards that cater to different motivators. Some focus on giving students more of things they love (an item, activity, attention), and some take away less favorable things (homework, an activity or item, and for some, attention).
I recommend keeping a log (you can use what I provided at the end) to make sure each student gets at least one reward weekly. Some rewards benefit the whole class, but with choice or focus for the one rewarded, so hopefully it motivates the whole class, even when they don't all win something one day. I also recommend a token system (if a student gets say 3 tokens, then they "win" or earn one of these rewards).
Print, cut, and laminate for longer use.
Get the whole behavior management bundle, including this resource!
Use discretion for things that give students access to items or activities they don't normally have access to, and choose which you use. Some students may hate reading, so don't give them the ones that involve sharing books aloud, as an example. You know your students.

This digital download contains both a flip book for students (a simplified guide just for students) as well as a corresponding teacher's guide that goes hand in hand with what the students are seeing, too! The thing I love most about this resource is the connection that it can create within your classroom. Teachers are not always able to take away whatever may be causing challenges for their students, but they are always able to offer help and support. This resource is designed to help teachers navigate those conversations and offer that extra support where it may be needed, while also giving students ideas on how to work through how they might be feeling. When students are having big feelings - they aren't ready to learn. It is important to take the time to work through those feelings to create a more productive and supportive learning environment for all - without dismissing any feelings, but still moving forward with our learning!
