Students have a budget of $1,000.00 and will keep track of their costs as they add items.

Next, students will cut and fold each item and arrange it in the room. They will calculate the area and perimeter of each element in their bedroom design. Whether it's determining the size of a bed, the dimensions of a wall, or the total floor area, students can apply mathematical concepts in a practical and engaging way.

There are two versions to differentiate for the needs of your students. One includes a 7 percent sales tax. The other does not include sales tax. There are also two different versions of prices. Feel free to mix and match pages as needed.
