The fraction files are back! To truly understand fractions, students must understand the basics of what a fraction is. Fraction bars are a great tool for understanding how to partition a fraction, what a unit fraction is, how to name shaded parts of a fraction, and even the difference between a numerator and a denominator. This DOUBLE set of 72 total task cards gives your students ample opportunity to practice understanding and identifying both fractions of a whole and unit fractions. Works well with any fractions unit, and also works with Grade 3, Module 5, Eureka Math / Engage NY Math.
