This Fall Pumpkin-Themed Errorless File Folder Game is designed for early learners and special education classrooms, offering an engaging, no-fail learning experience. Perfect for students with autism and other developmental needs, this resource uses the principles of errorless learning to build confidence and essential skills in a structured, supportive environment.

What’s Included:

• Colorful pumpkin task cards

• Two types of worksheets:

  • Table format: Pumpkins are placed in clearly defined boxes, helping students match colors and shapes in an organized manner.

3. Organize: Set up the worksheets in a file folder and store the detachable pumpkins in a clear pouch or pocket for easy access and storage.
4. Use: Introduce the activity by guiding students to detach and reattach the pumpkins, explaining that there is no wrong way to complete the task. Whether used for independent work or as part of a group activity, this file folder game promotes success and engagement.

A practical and effective visual tool to increase independence for AAC users and support them in advocating for themselves and their 'voice' when they don't have access to their device. Our non speaking learners can often experience times where their device/AAC tool is in their bag or out of reach and their teachers/carers haven't thought to retrieve it for them. In instances like this, they may not be able to communicate that they need their device and sadly, miss out on many opportunities to engage, participate and express their needs, thoughts, and ideas.

Having this simple prompt card/reminder provides learners with a way of getting someone's attention and accessing their 'voice'.

Are writing sentences a struggle for your students? This winter-themed sample set provides an enjoyable and meaningful way for students to learn how to write complete sentences. By cutting and pasting scrambled words, students can form complete sentences with proper capitalization and punctuation. Pictures and sight words are included to help guide students in constructing the sentences, and there is also space to practice writing the sentences independently.
