Students will use their learned knowledge of incomes and expenses to identify these items in the monthly budget. Students will practice identifying and calculating the amount of money needed for the desired expense and calculating how much money will need to be saved each month in order to attain the expense. Students will also examine the given budget to calculate the individual total income, expenses, money saved, and identify additional ways for individuals to save.

This Complex Numbers Mystery Project will have your students excited to practice operations with complex numbers! There is a printable and digital version of this project included! They will be solving 36 questions involving complex numbers and powers of i. They will get 6 clue sheets with 6 questions on each sheet. The answer choice leftover is the answer to that part of the mystery. They will fill in a storyline with their clues to see the whole mystery come together!

This project is the perfect print and go activity OR digital that will take 2-3 days to complete! There is a rubric included and an answer key. Grading couldn't be more simple.

I taught the students how to rotate their stencil to get a Radial Design. Students started on their Final Copy paper and outlined their drawing in sharpie marker. We used large windows to trace our stencils on the final. Students used colored pencils, colored sharpies, or watercolor paint to color their Mandala Design. I hope you and your kiddos love this!
