French BON BIEN MEILLEUR MIEUX - French Challenge Task Cards Activity
By Love Learning Languages - French Resources
French Practice Cards: BON - BIEN - MEILLEUR - MIEUX
This is a set of 25 cards for practicing and mastering BON - BIEN - MEILLEUR - MIEUX. This set of cards uses bon and bien as well as their comparative forms meilleur and mieux, but also a whole lot more (see below). That's why this stack of cards is great for upper-intermediate and even advanced students!
This resource is included in my Bon - Bien - Meilleur - Mieux Bundle.
This resource does not incorporate the superlative. When using meilleur and mieux, we are really focusing on how to say "better" in French. This is always so hard since we use the same word in English whether we are using adverbs or adjectives. I have also made a 45 minute video that you can find on YouTube that would be perfect to show before pulling out these cards which I made specifically to accompany this very comprehensive lesson.
You may also be interested in my other set of cards that also uses the superlative.

SE FAIRE - French Causative - French Challenge Task Cards Activity
By Love Learning Languages - French Resources
SE FAIRE - French Causative Construction
This is a resource you can have your advanced French students use to expand their knowledge of the FAIRE CAUSATIVE CONSTRUCTION and practice using it in a different way.
STEP 1: Download the list of 45 frequently used SE FAIRE expressions. All of them use reflexive pronouns, and many are informal and familiar (though none are vulgar).
STEP 2: Have students practice and memorize all of the expressions with the help of an online QUIZLET study set which provides you with flashcards, games, and learning tools. The link can be found at the top of the list in Step 1.
STEP 3: Download your set of 45 practice cards and the corresponding answer key. Each card has a SE FAIRE expression written in French at the top as you see in the thumbnails. Beneath each verb there is a sentence written in English that students need to translate using the indicated expression. The following tenses are used: present, passé composé, present subjunctive, futur simple, imperative, imperfect, futur proche, conditional, and recent past. These cards will have students reviewing a lot of grammar that they've already learned if they're advanced, and they will become more acquainted with using the faire causative with a whole new set of expressions.
One set of cards has only one card per page and is perfect for online use or projecting when you don't want to print. The other set has four cards per page that you can print, cut out, laminate if possible, and hook together with a ring.
