This creative Art Room Gaming Badges Activity was designed to be printed and displayed as examples while you teach. Use this Google Slide file to display these beautiful images one-by-one on a large screen. *NOTE: this is a yearly event; it will take most of a full school year for any student to complete all 30 gaming badges…and that’s a good thing! *Students may try for any badge, in any order, however, students will want to start working on gaining easy gaming badges first, before trying to get the harder ones done. *Once students accomplish the criteria for a certain badge, either the teacher or the student may take colored pencils (only) to color the accomplished badge, so it looks similar to the completed version. *Move on to completing another great gaming badge. Student Moving Away Goodbye Memory Book Template Printables: Kinder & 1st Grade

Do you have a student moving away?

This file is near and dear to my heart, as I was a kid who moved 16 times by the time I was 16. As a kid who moved so many times (most of the time, it was midyear), I would have appreciated a memory book or notes as a keepsake.

This file includes cover and ending pages if you create a memory book for the student moving away. It also includes eight template pages for notes and three friendly letter templates.

It's a good idea for each student to choose their template based on their relationship with the student who is moving away. Students can place their notes inside an envelope, or your class can create a goodbye memory book.

Kirsten Tulsian has 18 years of experience in elementary education. She has been a homeroom teacher for first grade, third grade, and fourth grade, as well as ESL. She has also been a school counselor for grades PK-6, an ESL pullout teacher for K-6, and a Reading Recovery Teacher. Design your own coins or cash to use as currency in your classroom. Print one paper out per student or group, then you can vote or choose which currency you'd like to use.
