This is *not* editable electronically, but what you can do is make a master copy first:

1. write in your email and phone number on the second page
2. go a step further by making a copy for each student with name on both pages.
3. Then, when you need to inform any student, you only have to write in assignment names and due dates.
4. If you have to inform the whole class about work due as a whole, then a general master copy would be perfect! (Just write "whole class" in the student name section. And make enough printed copies of the assignment/due date list for each student after writing one copy).

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Info page to explain which assignments are due and when.
• Tracking page for checking off completion (+ teacher contact info).
• Turn in tracking pages for teacher's receipt of assignments.

Printing on white cardstock for the color to draw attention is preferable. Or save paper and email as a PDF after relevant info is added/scanned!

I designed this with elementary students in mind, but some of these might apply to younger and older ages.

What's Included are certain forms you'll give to individual families, and some are tracking forms for your use.

For handing out to families (presumably at Meet the Teacher / Open House events):

• meet the student form (3 pages) - how they learn, demographics, etc.
• meet the family (1 page) - siblings, pets, etc.
• meet the parent(s) (1 page) - contact, involvement, at-home activities, etc.

For your own tracking purposes (or for a sub):

• transportation form (4 pages) - to track drop-off/pick-up
• class birthdays (1 page) - for those that celebrate and for you to acknowledge
• volunteer form (1 page) - to put out for families but keep in the classroom
