Occupational Therapy Sensory Activities - Deep Pressure & Heavy Work Activities
By All Therapy Resources
Discover the Benefits of Deep Pressure and Heavy Work Activities with our Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Resource Package.
Engage your students and support individuals with sensory processing difficulties through a variety of effective strategies and recommendations. Our resource delves into the world of heavy work activities, also known as proprioceptive input, which play a crucial role in enhancing attention and regulating arousal levels.
The underlying principle of these activities is to provide individuals with sensory needs the necessary input to their muscles and joints, allowing them to find the balance and calmness they seek. Every child can benefit from these activities, but those with under-active neurological systems require them even more. With our package, you can empower children by offering them the input they crave, including deep proprioception and joint compression.
Inside this comprehensive resource, you will find a wide range of strategies and recommendations tailored for both classroom and home environments. We've carefully curated whole-body, hands-on, and oral strategies that cater to the unique needs of your students. By implementing these techniques, you can create an optimal environment for learning and growth.
Unlock the potential of deep pressure and heavy work activities with our Occupational Therapy Resource Package. Enhance attention, promote self-regulation, and foster a supportive atmosphere for individuals with sensory processing difficulties. Order now and transform the way you support your students!
