This is a formulated and reflective exercise for teachers, parents, allied health staff and other individuals who may be supporting someone with challenging and/or complex behavioural issues. .

The first page is a template of questions to ask and reflect on to help draw out the necessary information to obtain what the potential function (or underlying reasons) behind a behaviour may be, and the second page is a "how to" document explaining how to utilize the first page template and providing examples.
