You will need:
- White Glue
- 12 oz of Warm water
- Glow in the Dark Paint or Pigment
- Food Coloring
- Borax
- 1 large bowl
- Small bowl or cup
- Spoon
- Measuring Cup
- Teaspoon and tablespoon
- Optional: Black light flashlights
