This is an activity for identifying 3 letter beginning blends SPL, STR, and SPR. There are multiple activities that you can do with your students with this product. I used it for identifying the blends but you could also have students create their own words that they know start with the blends. This is a create resource for displaying student work. This product was a special request by a teacher in Nevada for her kids to make to give to the victims of the Las Vegas shootings. They can be used for any occasion where a tragedy or illness has affected the school. There are several varieties for students to choose what they would like and a blank template for students to write the words on their own if they so choose.
