• Among the 42 heart spaces, there are 25 question symbols. Seventeen spaces do not require answering questions to place a disc.

How to Edit the Questions:

• It's easy! Go to the slide you want to change and display the Selection Panel in PowerPoint to see all items. Click on the "Question" item, delete the current question, and type the new one. Repeat the process for the "Answer" item to change the answer.
• Never delete a slide or a textbox.

Important: This is a PowerPoint Show with enabled Macros for shuffling cards. Enable content when required after opening the file so this function works.

If you prefer not to enable Macros, we offer the same game without Macros in our store. However, please note that questions will not appear randomly, requiring manual question changes to maintain unpredictability.

Celebrate Valentine's Day with fun and engaging gameplay using our classic Connect Four game, now available in two exciting game modes!

This resource includes 25 default questions specially designed for 1st-grade students, but you have the flexibility to easily customize the questions to fit any grade level or subject of your choice.

To start a new game, simply click the button at the top to restart the Connect Four board.

How to Play Valentine Connect Four:

• Players must connect four discs of the same color in a row to win.
• Each player takes turns placing one disc at a time.
• Players can adopt offensive or defensive strategies to outwit their opponent.
• The game ends when a player successfully connects four discs in a row, or if the board is filled, resulting in a stalemate.
• The player who started the previous game goes second in the next game.

How to Play Valentine Connect Four with Questions:

• Divide your class into two teams.
• Players must connect four discs of the same color in a row to win.
• Only one disc is played at a time.
• Players can be on the offensive or defensive.
• If a player wants to place their disc in a space with a question, they must answer the question correctly first. Click on the question symbol, and it will take you to a question slide. Click on Cupid to reveal the answer. If the question is answered correctly, the player can continue their turn by placing the disc. If answered incorrectly, the player loses their turn without placing any disc.
• The game ends when a player successfully connects four discs in a row, or if the board is filled, resulting in a stalemate.
• The player who started the previous game goes second in the next game.

Among the 42 heart spaces on the board, there are 25 question symbols. This means that 17 spaces do not require answering any questions to place a disc.

Editing the questions is straightforward. Simply go to the slide with the question you wish to change, delete the existing question, and type in the new one. Go to the next slide to modify the answer accordingly.

Rest assured, we offer a version without Macros for those who prefer not to use them. However, if you trust Macros, consider exploring our Macros version. It offers added features such as random questions, ensuring you never play the same game twice. Additionally, it includes three sets of questions: 25 questions for 1st graders, 25 questions for 2nd graders, and a set with all 50 questions from the previous sets combined.

How the generator works:

All you need to do is choose what type of content you want to use in your bingo boards - you can use text, pictures, caption pictures or a combination! Then you need to add the content - the pictures and/or text. You can format the text as you wish. Choose a template from the 3 options provided and then click the "Generate Bingo Boards" button to generate your bingo boards!

Follow the same process for creating your calling cards, and you're done!

You can choose to create bingo games with 9 squares, 16 squares or 25 squares, with or without free spaces. You can also create calling cards (maximum of 100) to use with the bingo boards. How the generator works:

All you need to do is add your pictures (I have made this super easy!) and/or text - and then customize the game to your hearts content. Once you are happy with the game, hit "Generate Game" and your matching game will be created!

Fantastic features:

• You can create your matching game with matching pairs containing identical cards OR cards that match because they are related (e.g. five matches 5)
• You can create your matching game with up to 5 different levels, with a varying number of cards in each level.
• You can make cards with pictures, text or pictures with captions - and you can use a combination too!
• You can customize the cards and game appearance fully - change fonts, backgrounds, colours etc.
• When the game has finished generating, it works entirely with animations - NO MACROS NEEDED! This means that you will be able to save it as a regular PowerPoint file (not macro-enabled) so that players will not need to worry about macros at all.
• When playing the game, a reinforcement message pops up whenever a match has been made, letting players know that they got a match and what the cards were that matched. This is fantastic for ensuring that students learn as they play!
• Players can choose to play in 1 player or 2 player mode. In 2 player mode, they can give themselves a point each time they get a match!
• 3 different versions of each level is created - so players can play the level 3 times over, and it will be different each time! If they click the "play again" button for a third time, they get taken back to the first version of the level and they can replay it.

Desert Island Explorer is an engaging, two-week game-based sub unit designed for grades 5 to 9, offering an immersive and bilingual experience centered around the theme of desert islands. This project-based learning module combines elements of language arts, science, and teamwork to enhance students' critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative skills.

• Lessons are provided in English, and all activities within are French and English.
• These products work in English or French classrooms.

Nothing is more stressful than having to leave work for an extended time: our profession requires us to plan, to create engaging resources, and to assume the subs covering have French capabilities. Note this lesson is intended for group cooperation but could be easily adapted for an individual assignment. This is a research and problems-solving activity.

Have your student examine and explore the Environmental Issues Around the World 5 Geographical Themes lesson in your geography classroom and encourage them to use their higher-level thinking skills to identify and problem-solve. Students will learn about the world's environmental issues through presentations of the final products. In addition to problem-solving skills. students will practice public speaking skills, which they will take into the world.

OBJECTIVE:

• The learner will identify an environmental issue around the world.
• The learner will be able to recognize things they can do to save our earth.
• The learner will be able to illustrate an environmental issue that is harmful to our environment and present a solution to the problem.
• The learner will revisit and apply the 5 geographical themes.

MATERIALS FOR RESEARCH ACTIVITY

Access to the Internet for research (or) various printed articles, one for each team. Suggestions of articles are provided, but as time evolves, the issues may change and the articles may become irrelevant or outdated. Please make sure to keep your articles updated. The way to avoid outdated articles is to allow students to choose their articles and complete research. The instructor may also choose his/her articles for this lesson. If the link doesn’t work, as they often change addresses, Google the article name, and you more than likely will be able to find the article, as the article usually remains on the web, but the address may have changed.
