Looking for a quick and easy way to decorate your classroom for the Christmas Season without redoing everything? This Christmas decoration pack has everything you need to add Christmas accents to your classroom to bring in the holiday seasons. This is a Christmas/Holiday Activity designed for Elementary Students. Students will be creating their own Christmas House! Students will cut out the shapes, color, and glue together their house however they like. It includes a house, roof, chimney, tree, ornaments, and more! There is also an added writing activity, where students can describe their house! This would be a great product to do in the weeks leading up to Christmas. It would look great hanging up or outside the classroom, and if you include the writing activity, then some good practice with descriptive writing!

What’s Included and What's Needed??

An outline of the house, roof, chimney, tree, ornaments, gifts, and other decorations are included. Your students will need scissors and glue. I would recommend also having them clue everything onto a piece of construction paper.

Writing Activity

The writing activity can be used as a way to integrate this with ELA. There are 2 different writing activity papers. One is for younger students (k-2) with larger lines, and students can describe their house with basic adjectives like the color and shape. The other is for older students (3-5) with less space between the lines, and students can describe their house, going into more detail with their description and even describing why they chose to design it the way they did!

I made these png file clip art letters to go with my Hollywood Stars theme that I will be using in my classroom this August. After finishing the file, I thought I'd share it with you! This is NOT a font. It is a clip art set of letters that you use just like any other picture, layering and sizing it to suit your needs. The background is red with stars and dots, and matches one of the backgrounds used in my Hollywood Madness class decor theme. With this set you get: 26 letters - all capital. Directions:

• Print out the reindeer template or use the digital template provided.
• Students will color or cut-out designs, use construction paper and crafts to disguise their reindeer OR find digital images to copy and paste to the digital reindeer.
• Students disguise their reindeer in college gear from the college they are interested in researching.
• Students then answer the 18 college research questions about the college of their choice.
• Lastly, students write a story naming their reindeer and describing a day in the life of their first day of college as he/she hides from their Santa duties. Their paper should also include 5 pieces of information from your college research.
